Sponsored by the Metropolitan Golf Association, our insurance programs for Golf and Country Clubs are available exclusively through our office. With over 70 clubs currently participating in these programs, this allows us to provide the richest benefits at the most competitive pricing.

Group Term Life/AD&D

(underwritten by Mutual of Omaha)

Guarantee Issue available to $300,000

Options for life insurance face amounts include:

· Flat Amounts

· Multi-Class Flat Amounts

· Multiples of Annual Base Earnings

· Multi-Class of Annual Base Earnings

· Combinations of the Above

· Wheatley Agency administers billing to each club on behalf of Mutual of Omaha

 

Voluntary Term Life/AD&D Insurance

(underwritten by Mutual of Omaha)

Program Highlights:

· Guaranteed Issue 5X salary up to $150,000 

· No Medical Questions or Exams during Open Enrollment

· Spouses Guaranteed Issue to $50,000 (50% or less of employee)

· Children Guaranteed Issue $10,000 per child

· Excellent Term Life rates for employees and family

· Paid through payroll deduction

· Meet individually with benefit counselors

· No minimum participation requirements, no pressure to buy

 

Group Dental Insurance

(underwritten by CIGNA)

3 plans, including a high and low PPO and a dental HMO, are available in any combination:

· No minimum number of employees required to be in each plan

· Golf Pros - 1099 Employees Eligible

· Dependent Coverage to Age 25 - regardless of student status

· Survivor Benefit – spouse/family of deceased employee covered for first six months at no cost

· Wheatley Agency administers billing to each club on behalf of CIGNA

 

Voluntary Short Term Disability

(underwritten by UNUM)

The only plan where all employee occupations receive the same “A” rates. Prior to this program, rates were based on occupations of Golf and Country Club employees.

 

Program Highlights: 

· No medical exam and only three health questions.

· Portable coverage...if you leave your job or retire, you can take your coverage with you

· Discounted pricing exclusively for employees of Golf & Country Clubs
